Its all a big scandal which have cost most of us serious money and who is going to pay that?
VMS have got the go ahead from the government to explore and did so and was made to believe that they could mine if they found something worth while.
And after spending millions of dollars they found something but are not allowed to mine it.
So who is going to compensate VMS for all the spend money and loss of earnings???
There will definitely a case here if the judge is going to stop all mining at VMS leases.
I do not think we have seen the end of all this yet on the contrary the beginning of a whole new scenario.
And one thing I personally will never fo again and that is putting money into miners that choose Tasmania.
Tasmania is on the same list as south Africa the Phillipines, Zimbabwe and Solomon Islands.
How sad is that.
