There is a bonus in all of this:

We are forewarned and forearmed, if management do not heeded the lesson of history in our recent past we may as well stop spending money in Tassie, pack up and go gold mining somewhere in WA, I'm sure Bruce knows of a few places.

This must be a wake up call for the Government as well, they need to put in place protection for those that gain permitting under the law, until then everything is up for challenge even if it is finally thrown out being frivolous and a waste of time, we know its cost, lets not do it again.

So yes it is time to tame the greenies - but will they?
