Not sure you remember my post from ages ago regarding this. Due to Taronga's scale and size is was deemed "of state importance" and thus had to go through a state level approval process. I am assuming so a bunch of ministers can buy in before approvals or to buy up property in the immediate area.... Buggered if i know why the state would need a say in this?
