hahaha, tariffs ARE taxes and they wont make the declining USA great again. It's decline is in full swing as the baton is handed to China.
think also of this.... - if the USA blocks/taxes the imports of the worlds best and most efficient products and technologies out of China and instead forces Americans to drive less efficient trucks and vehicles their productivity will decline and that will put Americans out of work.
