I haven’t checked but someone else might have a reference for this. I’m fairly sure that I remember the federal government is making a very significant contribution to the Florida project. They can and probably would increase their contribution to cover the tariff as they will be collecting the tariff and therefore it won’t cost them an extra cent to increase their contribution.
