For at least the 100th time. WE and that includes you, DONT know what the agenda of the board is. That makes it HIDDEN from us. I only post my opinion, an opinion based on past experience with this type of situation.

eg.Years ago I was blasted on stock forums with discussing the relationship between CNP and CER where CNP was the holding company but CER owned the properties. The directors were using CER as a cash cow to keep CNP afloat as I saw it. Posters kept saying that CNP was worth more than CER. I was trading the relative values but maintaining my main holding in CER. CNP went into liquidation CER was restructured and paid off.
