You are entitled to your views and I respect that because you do in fact have some.
However, I disagree about the joint venture requirement. TAS will be successful if they post material results to the market..... market remains apprehensive pre-dominantly for this reason.... material results will re-rate this stock to a much higher share price. Furthermore, JV partners will be falling over themselves to participate if they are successful, and TAS will not be "screwed" into a bad deal if they decide to take on a JV partner after a material discovery.... their bargaining power improves dramatically if they negotiate a JV after a successful material discovery.
