This is good news. But there is unpublished bad news to accompany it and that is it is in Tasmania which is governed by a Labor/Green accord which means is is almost impossible for anything positive to happen. They have wrecked the forest and timber industries. With the support of organisations such as the Tasmanian Wilderness Society and Still Wild-Still Threatened virtually nothing can happen. Having done and dusted the forest industry their sights are now set on mining and heavy industry. These environmental activists stop at nothing. Only a change in government gives any hope and it is expected that will happen sooner rather than later. In the meantime MHM should go for it and be in readiness for such a change.
