Gawler Craton tenement granted to Adamus Resources
Adamus Resources Ltd has been granted its Gawler Craton exploration license application, situated immediately adjacent to Minotaur Resources' Mt Woods copper-gold project in SA.
The granted tenement is prospective for Olympic Dam style mineralisation and will be the focus of the company's exploration in the coming months. Adamus has planned a ground based gravity survey that is due to commence by the end of March. It is anticipated that the program will take approximately three weeks, with results released on completion.
The recently granted exploration license (2904) is part of the company's Hoover project, which covers an area of 1,700 sq km of ground, located immediately adjacent to the east and to the south of Minotaur Resources, Prominent Hill discovery. E2904 contains the north-eastern extensions of a number of regional mineralised lineaments interpreted to be associated with the Prominent Hill discovery. These lineaments will be the target of the Adamus' ground based geophysical survey. The program is scheduled for completion in April.
