Chris, Jordan can only appeal the decision on a point of law, that is that the tribunal failed in it's legal requirements. Given that the RMPAT are conducting about 10 appeals per month I would say that they are pretty good at getting their processes and procedures correct first time, unlike the Minister in the Shree case.
In my opinion if the Tribunal overturn this appeal then it is done and dusted.
