Can anyone mining-savvy work out which project is likely to be selling coal first? SA or Tas?
I dont mind if they are able to get this tasmanian thing off the ground quickly on a shoestring budget so as to generate cashflow to feed the SA projects.
Its all very well having heaps of coal in the ground in South Africa but you have to fund digging it up and shipping it to a buyer.
The Tasmanian project seems to be nicely situated with regard to infrastructure at least.
