Nothing in what you say refutes my point on how riskily the loan book is being grown. Relying on prudential standards is a complete fallacy. There is nothing in the prudential standards which dictate what risks are written and how they are managed. Hoping that APRA will make sure the bank doesn't fail is a complete fallacy.
