Why were the Special Operations Group waiting at the gate while the policeman issued the warrant.

Seems they were prepared for some hostile reception in some form, but should have not gone down that way to what they have been trained for.

Then the person in the house has to abide the law without killing someone regardless to why he was issued the repossession warrant.
