I think you have a fundamental lack of understanding in this matter, and perhaps a deeper one in business in general.

The oppurtunity arose for TAS to diversify. A separate company, fully owned by TAS, was created - Eden Energy.

This company Eden Energy, has then completed aggreements to purchase a holding in Brehon plc.

Sure, Solomon brothers have no energy qualififcations, nor geological or mining ones for that matter. Has that stopped them obtaining highly prospective ground as yet?. No, they, as most other companies do, buy in consultants as the needs arise. The company is in its infancy, and will, as all others do, expand their board with appropriate people as the needs arise.

I have taken issue with GS and others on matters regarding experience and timing, strategy, etc, however have no doubt as to sincerity and determination of the company. Remember, at one time, I was well in the Top 20 shareholders. I have since been taken out, but still have a large holding (prob Top 30).

Are you suggesting that TAS has breached corporations law?. Whilst they are not swimmimg in money, they have sufficient going ahead to fund works. Quite obviously they will require further funds going forward, especially for hot rock work, or mining of a potential ore body. As yet, they have had no problem in raising funds.

Yes, I am positive on it, as can be seen by my holdings. This was not always the case, as I beleived we were heading in the wrong direction. Now, I think the company is in the best shape it has been in for some time, and without doubt is cheap. That is why I added the options to my list.
