Yes, Tassal bought DeCosti a few years ago.
It is questioned now if it was value for money as its revenue dropped off significantly and isnt tracked separately anymore, but management still say they are happy with it (or words to that effect).
It was partly about having control of the supply chain, to better control freshness to customer, which they where good at apparently.
