Another thing that occurred to me about this private bid, they can talk us down as much as they want, if it was a publicly listed company making a bid for us, they would have to justify it to their own shareholders, and the market could see both sides.

There isnt a positive narrative being pushed by anyone, not even forward guidance, and a lot of holders looking at 50% gains in an increasingly buyers market.
