Bonafide is a fund manager out of Lichtenstein. They are the only pure-aquaculture fund manager that I am aware of (fund name is pretty funny: gold fish). They have a position in a couple of Aussie firms, including Tassal. In their most recent quarterly they discuss the bid, and specifically their target of $5.50 for valuation. That is a number I have heard a few times, and no doubt enough shareholders may be willing to take that today, but personally I am happy to hold.
