Im only interested in REITs right now (build to rent), which should be pretty safe during inflation, as asset prices should track inflation (at least in replacement cost).
There will be structural changes flowing from covid for a fair while, a home is a castle now more so than ever before (we work there too), but we need to build different types of houses, more units to meet demand, and in different places due to population growth outside capitals.
Means there are new opportunities, the big players should benefit somehow.
Will be avoiding companies with high PP&E and debt while inflation hangs around, and likely stick to large caps due to better financing ability.
