This is average monthly imports of 'fresh or chilled salmon' to china, its based on data back to Jan'17, so Jan-Aug are 5 values, Sep-Dec are only 4 values, and 2020 was not typical, so they arent very good averages. (not enough data for iceland to be useful). Its color mapped separately based on volume for each column.

It shows the different peaks between Southern and Northern Hemisphere, Faroe Islands is surprisingly consistent.
It also shows these good prices in China are coming at the right time for our expected peak volumes.
