I think for bee and honey the main thing is to control diseases. So it might be a good thing to not owning bees, spreading around the country can minimize disease, but for fish, it's a bit different, apart from disease, it takes a lot of investment to have a farm, and also need r&d on feeding, breeding, storage ect.
