...found the bungalow has a broken slab , split down the middle...think it's stopped moving...hopefully I can lift the dropped side (down about 70mm at lowest edge) by drilling holes through the dropped section and injecting expanding foam under the slab.....and looking at second hand safety glass to break the NW prevailing wind on a few exposed areas and as not to spoil the view. Also sent off images to fretwork makers for quotes so I can jazz up the rather plain verandas...
