yes "tiny" houses are the way to go imo. similar layout to the old caravan parks formerly run by councils. creation of small suburbs tightly packed tiny homes with decent private business facilities for services so that the facilities are paid for by the users. include an 8 story tower block for overflow populations and add in social services office to ensure all have an income stream and referral centre for adjunctive services such as AOD detox/rehab.
