Spoke with Andrew last night, it is all about the road. Very close but no cigar. I asked if we will be able to put the agreement in our Xmas sack and he is still hopeful. The interesting thing about this is that VMS, my understanding, had agreement to use the road in 2014 but Andrew said because of a motorcycle crash on it several years ago so are being super cautious. VMS is making sure they don't have to "pave it in Gold". Part of the agreement is to strengthen some bridges (Couple of days work) this can be done whilst stockpiling the ore for transport. The ore is just sitting on the ground and basically can be "scooped up in your hands".
In regards to the offtake agreement - there is flexibility.
Transport Contract - Once the road contract is signed etc etc
It is all about the road contract - Beep Beep. So if anybody knows road runner - catch him please because at the moment we are the Coyote.
