Recent travels through Tassie highlighted the great range of properties available there. In some cases up to half or one third the cost of similar in Perth. Lovely place great scenery etc, but just cannot see how people make a buck. No major projects, no developments, and only saw two cranes in the whole state. Be interested to hear from any investors or owners there on what is happening.
