Thanks for a great post. I agree with you it is a great place to visit and I do think the residents have a pretty good lifestyle. Heard a few different stories from people in real estate. One saying the small villages are all the go, whilst others saying Cheap renos around Launceston are the go. Maybe I could buy up houses in Queenstown and become a bigger slum landlord than UT. Thanks again I do think money could be made in Tassie but as you suggest need to be patient and really know your stuff. I am looking at the logistics of having a townhouse or unit in Launceston as a summer camp.
