PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Jaguar Minerals (JAG) is a minerals exploration company with projects located in
Tasmania, New South Wales and Western Australia.

BALFOUR (UP TO 95%): The Balfour Project is located in north-west Tasmania,
about 85km WSW of Burnie, and is prospective for copper and/or lead-zinc
mineralisation together with stockwork type granite related tin-tungsten
mineralisation.

WILSON RIVER (UP TO 100%): The Wilson River project is located in north-west
Tasmania, about 65km south-west of Burnie, and is prospective for nickel
sulphide mineralisation.

SPRINGFIELD: The Springfield project is located about 220km north-west of Sydney
in NSW and is prospective for gold. Inferred resources as at April 2004 were
estimated at 1.05Mt @ 1.4g/t Au for 47,000oz Au, using a 1.0g/t Au cut off.

MOUNT DAVID: The Mount David project is located 35km south of Bathurst in NSW
and is prospective for gold-copper mineralisation and/or smaller, higher grade
gold deposits.

KINTORE: The Kintore project is located 43km north of Coolgardie in WA and is
prospective for gold.
