    A plaything for Terry's daughter-but I don't think daddy did her any favours with this third rate moose pasture.
    Best hope is to spend as little as possible (preferably relinquish the existing tenements) and spend some time chasing some plays that stand a chance.
    Hard to think of any one with worse properties. The vendor consideration was charity.
