The company now wholly owns EHS which is growing and delivered c.$1.5m EBITDA for the year (way more than $65k you'd expect from a Sydney property lol), SofiHub which was loss making have since been divested. Perhaps given the simplicity of the business there is no longer a need for a CEO and so Mark came back in as Executive Chair so there could be some additional cost savings there. Let's see how the ATO matter pans out given it's the one big caveat (hence the hold sentiment), but that aside, hard to argue market cap is reflective of underlying value on a look forward basis.
