Has anyone discussed with Syntonic which method tata will be...

Has anyone discussed with Syntonic which method tata will be using to deliver the freeway system to their clients? If Tata install a suite of apps on their phones like some telcos, they could be do a release and get it on all their subscribers phones updated in one hit (ie. Tens/hundreds of millions of phones overnight). Samsung do this already. Alternatively, they may be able to use an API and auto switch users to the free sponsored data network automatically.

I can't see tata just attaching themselves to freeway, in their literature they tend to keep everything under the one brand, its better for them to do this from a strategic standpoint.

So yer, wondering if anyone knows more about this? Maybe from other third party developers historically dealing with tata, how did they release and implement?
