I have not discussed this with Syntonic, this is just my opinion on what has happened in the last 2 months with the Tata contract and how the distribution and license agreement works.

Tata Telecommunications signed an agreement with Syntonic, announced on the 10th of Feb. We can note from this that the agreement with Tata is a Distribution and License Agreement for Syntonic’s Connected Services Platform.
This is essentially a partnership agreement allowing Tata to white-label and resell the Connected Services Platform to their network. Think of Tata in this way as a wholesaler similar to how Telstra Wholesale sells access and services to other telecom providers in Australia.
Also note the mention of the Connected Services Platform, there may be other future applications of this that go beyond the offers of Dataflex and Freeway in their current forms. Tata will be at the forefront of driving wants and needs in the way that this platform is utilised.
With both 1600 telco operators as customers to their network, as well as 5000+ enterprise customers, their sales teams have huge markets to sell white-label Freeway and Dataflex products into.
