Another good find Andre, thx! It would be a really bad sign if Tata don't think it's good enough for to use on their own new development.

    Completion date June 2013.
    Storage building 9,600m2 (240m x 40m)
    Training Centre 1,600m2 (40m x 40m)
No indication of visitor centre size. Conservatively assuming it's on the small size, say 400m2 that would make the total development 11,600m2 (close to $600k for DYE if the $50/m2 we've been told previously stands).

If they put our DYE-Tata steel as the roof. and stick to the build timeframe it would line up pretty closely with the use it or lose it commercialisation date of May 2013.

IMO, the bad news is if that's the plan from Tata I don't think we'll hear anything from then until the development is completed and they will use the completion of the development as a product launch for solar steel. Of course, they'd be in secret background discussions with potential customers, but those won't help our SP.

The good news is that it's just over a year away, and an extra 600k during that time should be noticeable in the quarterlies to help confirm our suspicions. I'm sure they'd build additional inventory too so should be even more noticeable in the Quarterlies.

If it is Tata's plan to put solar steel on the new development and use it as an official product launch, DYE will obviously know about it (even if they can't tell us). Could explain DYE's apparent confidence to ditch Bergen funding line, only raise $5m, buy out convertible note (big in % terms of current cash on hand), RC building his profile etc.

    Crossing fingers!
