Tatoonie Guesstimate 3.143 million gold ounces based on 12 November report of 4 diamond drill holes reported. Mineralized area 1000m x 1000m x 17.7m (depth) for conceptual tonnage of 44,250,000 metric tonnes. Average gold grade from recent 4 diamond drill holes 2.125 g/t au for a total conceptual gold content of 3,134,375 ounces extending across 100% AQX ground and extending across JV ground with SBM.
Please note that this is a conceptual guesstimate BUT it is supported by recent SBM presentation that assigns a "gold target" classification to the JV ground of 2.4 million ounces of gold. IMHO approximately 50% of this guesstimate of 3.143 million gold ounces is contained within the 100% owned AQX ground (and open pit).
These are ball park guesstimates BUT are indicative of a large gold system at Horn Island. IMHO AQX is extremely undervalued at 3.5 cents. Minimum upside here is $100 per ounce x 1.6M ounces for $160M takeover target by SBM of AQX Horn Island interests.
