2 issues need to be acknowledged in regard to tts overall situation

the stock is
a) trading defferred, not sure till when tho must be up soonish, and
b) the stock is shortable officially

being able to go long and short a stock is one thing, having it defferred settlement just adds to the traders interest

personally if looking longer term I would wait for this defferred period to be over before debating the merits of the stock as it will settle once out of way imo only
