The beneficiaries are NOT releasing stock - that puts a tight squeese on the number of available IPO ( Public) and insto shares available for the float.
ie/ they are not selling baby.
The IPO will close prob today - as their will be lots of cash chasing too few shares.
This will also have an effect on the listing price as the illiquidity of the shares and the sharks ( Briely and tabcorp + PBL will be very keen to garner a stake for a possible futute takeover.
-> and not forgetting index funds when Tat's joinst the ASX 200 on listing.
