For the healing process after laser treatment, yes it seems they are. I am waiting for things like this and more to start showing up in the US, most likely IMHO in places like Manhattan, LA, Dallas, Chicago, Miami, for the wealthy first as I am not sure, but, do not believe off brand use is prohibited, I have been searching fed and state govt. files haven't found anything yet.

One thing for sure, there are those types across the US both customers and those who would wish to try and sell the service, not sure about the claims of success though. Although, like I said, I expect to see it before to long.
