Depends which business she is a receptionist for and whether a cute singlet wearing girl with tats at the front desk is the image the business wants to present to the public. Self expression in one thing, but I believe it is not recognised as racial or religious expression hence personal standards regarding tats vary and it is not protected by C/Wlth Law regarding discrimination, along with piercings.
