    If the job requires that the person be presentable you can simply ask if the person has any visible tattoos in the job interview. IF they say no and it turns out that they do then you can take action if you decide to employ them.

    You can also note in their employment contract that all tattoos must be covered and also that all piecing be removed whilst in the work place and in front of clients of the firm.
