    It is not clear why anyone would sell Tatts Group (TTS)shares at these low levels except if you are desperate for cash.

    Tatts Group has a strong chance of winning the NSW Lotteries. Final decision is expected bu the end of February 2010 so GSJBWere can please the NSW Government.

    If Tatts Group wins the NSW Lotteries it would substantially diversify it's revenue.
