So then why have JIN got 40% of the on-line lotto market when punters could have bought cheaper from Tatts website for many years already ? How do you explain JIN's 1 million registered customers ? http://tatts.com/tattersalls . I agree that lotto tickets are a commodity product but so is a can of coke ( 50 cents to $3.50 price range )
