I understand what you are saying it is a high income stock.

I was considering it short term in the sense that the outcome of the sale of the NSW Lotteries is expected to be known by the end of February 2010 which is only 2.7 months away.

Otherwise it it could be considered a longer term income stock with plenty of upside as you have mentioned based on brokers reports.
