What is the "default" option ? I.E. if I'm a KAH share holder and dont send my vote back - there is a lot of apathy out there, they wont get 100% responses - are my share's votes counted as Acceptance or Decline of the offer?
I'm still sat on the fence as to whether I should sell here or not.
