If you take no action, they don't get your shares unless it gets to a situation of a compulsory acquisition. We are a LONG way off that point yet.
For what its worth, I intend holding my shares until the very end of the game, whatever that may be. I've held for three years now, so what's a bit longer is my view.
What is certain, is that IF there is no takeover, in about 3-4 years time EXT will be trading at multiples of what it is now. Unless there is a better option for the money, IMVHO EXT is still a very good bet.
