Eintracht, please don't take this the wrong way but i can't understand your comment 'if it tanks'?? why is the share price going to tank in the next month when an official offer has been put on the table at $8.65 and we're trading at only $8.50?? surely there's only upside for the next 28 days whilst the offer is put out to all KAH punters?? this gives any other potential suitors the opportunity to put up or shut up in the next month.
my reading of it is that the only way it will tank is if we have another Japanese type disaster and yes the share price may go down a touch if we either dont get another higher offer or the offer is not accepted.
Just my thoughts and good luck with whatever happens.
