But have you actually checked with Taurus what the situation really is?
I was going to last night but to do so involves registering and giving Taurus details about myself and I did not want them to try to sell me their products in the future. Given that you have an investment, I wonder if you have taken the extra step yourself?
It does look like the additional purchases of AMX shares were made in the middle of April 2013 when the POG tanked, because the average price of those shares was around 17.5 cents which means the purchases were mostly on or around 15 April.
I assume the redemptions were in May because it is usual for investors to request their money back at the end of the month, ie by last day of April which is when Taurus ran into trouble.
Anyway it would be interesting to have a list of which of Taurus funds hold the shares and the conditions that apply to each of the funds. I doubt that the investors in Taurus are just bemused spectators happy to be watching their investments tank.
