There's always a willing buyer and willing seller for a stock. One side is bullish about the company, the other bearish. That's all. Simple. The seller probably think AMX gonna come out with crap results with PFS, or the whole West Africa being blown out of existence, or President being ousted and replaced, or nationalization of mining assets, or trying to get the share price down to dish out a lower takeover price, etc etc etc....In the end, it just boils down to which side you believe in.
