Have a look at the geology of the South Gobi / Ovorhangay region on the map link (& thanks for the link to TT G/Map view).

It's quite 'weird'? Not sure how else to descibe the 'satellite' view.
Heaps of odd features, 'flowing' into what appears to be 'streams / plains'.
If someone has any idea - thanks in advance :)

Also, Ovorhangay has a National Park in the top left (Nth / East) zone. Quite a mix of colours.

To sum up my layman's view, imo it appears to be featuring what the drilling is defining - resource pit (Mono)?
One can see the high ranges by what appears to be snow capped zones.

Guess the team on the ground will inform us in due course of what the features exist of.
Just amazed at the shapes and colours from above view.
