Similar to above comments - upfront fee would be nowhere near our market cap (otherwise you may as well attempt a takeover).
Also, we are looking 5 years ahead. What will the competition be like then? How long could we stay in front of everyone else? Not just risks all along the way - but a finite time time when (if) we get to the front of the pack.
