One clarification: even though I'm talking in terms of price to sales, I'm really viewing this as a proxy to value the asset. PSR is just a proxy for an npv. Our MC is currently so far off the mark it would not support a buyout at these levels - obviously. To me that doesn't matter, what matters is understanding the value of asset. So that if/when offers come, you know how ridiculously low it is or if it is fair. Your timeframe comes into it too, although for me starting from the end game and discounting back is a reasonable approach now with the consistent results we are getting (and them being so far ahead of anything else out there). Just my 2cents.
