Few things here, firstly; the market sets the price. The market is often off, sometimes even way off, but it's rarely straight-up wrong. There are enough people out there with enough insight and enough money to price this company accurately. Sentiment is way down, sure, but for good reason - largely because it's a bee's dick away from being stone cold broke.

Secondly, when the liquidators step in, shareholders are the last people to get anything out. Over quite a few decades, I've never seen a holding going bust work out for the benefit of the shareholders.

Thirdly, should this thing go belly up, the Chinese holders are going to walk away with everything of value - the IP, the lab equipment, the warehouse full of dosing pumps, the company Camry, a bunch of laptops, a motley collection of desk lamps and a motorcycle helmet with the words 'Drive It Like You Stole It' airbrushed across the back. There's just no conceivable scenario in which AHZ goes boom, liquidators step in, find a treasure trove of intellectual property worth hundreds of millions of dollars stashed in the bottom drawer of an old filing cabinet, broker a mega-deal with Pfizer and everyone lives happily ever after. When little biomeds go boom, the value of their shares go crash.

Grossly extended voluntary suspensions rarely, if ever, end well. Let's hope this one's the exception.
