    Just assume these : 1) Sustainable and strong demand for Lithium for next 3 years, 2) Baldhill project meets projections and generates strong FCF, 3) Cowan's feasibility metrics as good as Baldhill and secures a good offtake agreement, 4) TAW declares dividend from 2020.

    These factors are indeed plausible and certainly not far-fetched. It numbs me just to think what the future SP will be.
